About the Role
We are seeking experienced Business Services Partners to lead and grow our integrated practice. This senior leadership role focuses on delivering strategic advisory and compliance services to privately held enterprises, family groups, and high-growth businesses. You will combine commercial insight with technical expertise, driving business development, revenue growth, and team leadership while acting as a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex business challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic advice on business performance, growth strategies, structuring, succession planning, and financial management.
- Oversee delivery of accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting for a diverse client base.
- Drive business development initiatives, build strong networks, and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of advisory and compliance professionals.
- Contribute to firm-wide strategy and ensure compliance with professional standards.

What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in business advisory and compliance with a proven track record of success.
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting standards, tax compliance, and financial management.
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and develop new business opportunities.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Professional qualifications (CA, CPA) essential; experience with privately owned businesses highly regarded.
